By using any of our apps you agree to comply with these Terms of Use, which may change in time. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, please do not use our apps.
1. Introduction and Acceptance
All apps that represent Hi Mom S.A.S include: Instants - Instant Photo Maker, Breathe in, Typic, Typic 2, Typic Kids, Typic Baby, Catchapp: Improve your English and Aurora. These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms which might apply, govern your use of our apps.
2. Intellectual Property
Our apps and associated content (and any derivative works or enhancements of the same) including, but not limited to, all text, fonts, illustrations, artworks, images, software, graphics, photos, videos, design, content, materials, products, services, URLs, technology, and interactive features included in our app and all intellectual property rights to the same are owned by us, our licensors, or both.
3. Access and Use
Our app content is provided for your personal use. We may offer certain portions of our services at no charge and others for a one-time fee (in-app purchase), on a subscription basis or under other pricing structure. In all instances, our services are not being sold to you; rather, you are being granted or purchasing a limited license to use our app. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights of the app itself by downloading and installing our app.
4. User Registration
In order to access or use some features of our app, you may have to become a registered user through Facebook login. If you become a registered user, you will provide true, accurate and complete registration information.
5. Subscription
Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period in accordance to each plan's cost. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable
6. Sales
All sales are final. We are unable to issue refunds directly. All sales are managed by Apple, and we have no access to your purchase history. Please reach out to Apple Support directly for disputes or refunds. However, if you’re experiencing a technical issue of any kind, please reach out to our support at info@himom.co
7. Termination
We reserve the right in our sole discretion and at any time to terminate or suspend the app updates or any of its functionalities.
8. Additional Terms
We reserve the right in our sole discretion and at any time and for any reason, to modify or discontinue any aspect or feature of our app or to modify these Terms of Use. In addition, we reserve the right to provide you with operating rules or additional terms that may govern your use of our app. Modifications to these Terms of Use will be effective immediately upon notice, either by posting on the website, notification by email or through any of our apps. It is your responsibility to review the Terms of Use from time to time for any changes or additional terms. Your access and use of our Services following any modification of these Terms of Use or the provision of Additional Terms will signify your assent to and acceptance of the same. If you object to any subsequent revision to the Terms of Use or to any Additional Terms, immediately discontinue use of our Services and, if applicable, terminate your Membership.
